Primarily sourced from the Huila region, Pink Bourbon is a rare variety, famous for its bright pink cherries. This unique hybrid is prized for its high sugar content and organic acids, placing it at the very top of the specialty coffee world.

By using the Natural process (drying the bean inside the whole cherry), the variety's intrinsic sweetness is amplified, resulting in a cup with a syrupy texture and exceptional flavor depth.
